Terms of Use

CaseLink is operated by CaseLink Technologies LLC (“CaseLink”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and CaseLink. By creating an account or using CaseLink, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CaseLink.

Public CaseLink pages, public show and card listings, and the Help Center may be browsed without creating an account and have no account-age requirement. You may create an account or use account-based features only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. CaseLink does not currently offer a parent- or guardian-consent process for accounts held by people under 18.

If you use CaseLink for a dealer business or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

CaseLink is currently available through approved dealer access as part of a limited release. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn while we operate and improve the product. Features may change without notice.

Joining the access waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, pricing, or the continued availability of any feature.

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it current.

Dealers are responsible for the staff or helpers they invite, and for what those people do in the dealer workspace.

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to CaseLink or its systems;
• access, collect, or interfere with another user’s data or account;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the product except where the law allows;
• submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content; or
• use CaseLink to defraud or harm dealers, collectors, or others, or in breach of any applicable law.

You keep ownership of the inventory, card, pricing, sales, and other content you enter. You grant CaseLink a limited licence to host, store, and process that content as needed to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for what you enter, including its accuracy and legality. If you enter another person’s information — for example a collector’s name or contact details captured at your table — you confirm that you have an appropriate legal basis, have given any required notice, and are allowed to have CaseLink process it on your behalf. Do not enter a minor’s contact details unless doing so is lawful and necessary.

CaseLink is a tool to organize card-show activity. We are not a party to any sale, trade, offer, or hold between a dealer and a collector, and we do not process or hold the payment for those transactions, verify cards, or act as an escrow or marketplace. Any separate CaseLink subscription billing, if enabled and clearly presented to you, is handled through a third-party payment provider.

Any deal, payment, and the condition or authenticity of a card are solely between the dealer and the collector. Disputes are between those parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost sales, lost profits, lost data, data-entry mistakes, or show-day decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including, where it applies to you, liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or intent and gross negligence. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
